Combining our knowledge and experience with technology, to carry out the personal rights of academic, administrative, contracted personnel, foreign contracted personnel, permanent workers and temporary personnel working at our University in a timely, accurate and quickly manner as stipulated by laws and regulations, Coordinating the personnel affairs of our units in the organizational chart of our University. To ensure efficiency by creating an organization, to determine the personnel policy of the Institution, to make suggestions to the senior management about manpower planning, to plan and implement training programs and to work on improving the personnel of our institution.
