About Us

Trakya University Personnel Department was established with the Decree Law No. 124 on the Higher Education Upper Institutions and the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and is responsible for the following duties:

• To carry out studies on the manpower planning and personnel policy of the university, to make suggestions on the development of the personnel system,
• To carry out the procedures related to the appointment, personnel and retirement affairs of the university personnel,
• To organize and implement pre-service and in-service training programs of administrative personnel,
• Performing similar tasks to be given
